The non-New York Mars 2112 locations were always hemorrhaging cash, because I guess nobody outside of New York wants to eat super expensive duck pizza, and so when the New York location had to close down cuzza 9/11, that kicked all the legs out from under the whole enterprise.  That’s right, terrorists killed Mars 2112.  Thanks a lot, terrorists!
