Ball State was (is?) considered a party school. I once went to journalism camp there in high school. There weren’t any parties. I am disappoint. There was, however, another participating student who had the most adorable southern accent. She may have influenced Sal a bit.
Have I talked about the “RSJ” poster on the wall? That’s Rebecca St. James, a Contemporary Christian Music artist. Think Alanis Morissette, but more Jesusy and more Australian. Mostly more Jesusy. In Shortpacked!, I’m able to talk about the things that interest me more overtly; back in Roomies!, I had to sneak these things into the scenery.
