Joyce and Walky!

Danny’s pretty damn blasé about Joe’s abduction abduction story.  I want to think he’s not falling for it and being incredibly sarcastic and patronizing here.

At the time, mentioning the Anti-Christ was a big deal to me.  I was afraid I’d get in trouble with somebody somewhere.  But I thought it was funny, so I did it anyway.  …while looking over my shoulder occasionally to see if I’d get tackled by a youth group minister or something.

Come to think of it, I was part of a very small college youth group at the time, and I think I did receive some mild admonishing.
