I want to say this is (another?) Danny and Sal future offspring?  There are infinite numbers of these folks, so there’s probably some parentage doubles.  The “uncle and aunt” spoken of is likely Walky and Joyce, so I’m assuming Sal is at least the mom.  (Note the long hair, which is diagnostic in fiction in ways that are not true in real life.)
