My planned storylines peaked at spring break, and I had a week or two left in the semester with basically nothing to do. And so I started breaking things. Out of boredom. Starting with the fourth wall.
I can’t remember if I kept on meaning to get these two together and just now got around to it at the tail-end of the year, or if this was just something fun I decided on spur-of-the-moment.

To celebrate the new year, have an aborted strip that never made it past the penciling stage. …until today! I’ve digitally inked it so as to make it presentable and publishable. This was weird to do.
