Oh, right, I guess Mary’s dad is a doctor. (And that’s why Sal came running to her.) I’d forgotten that detail. I suppose I’ll tuck that away in my brain for Dumbiverse Mary, if it ever comes up.
Oh, yeah, it’s probably a kick in the pants to learn that your most guarded, personal secret was broadcast on national news. Well, Sal, maybe next time don’t get brainwashed and try to murder everyone on the continent except Danny.
Mary did a good, I guess! And so we’re being rewarded by repeating one of the few non-evil things she’s said in the past.

It’s not really that Danny isn’t good at holding grudges, it’s more that holding grudges takes a lot of work and he’s lazy.
That’s right, “Is A Song Forever?” is about Mary being… nice now? And trying to genuinely make amends? Man, that’s just weird. What fever dream is this.
